Free national helpline for all survivors of rape or sexual abuse and violence, no matter when this took place.
The Survivors Trust is a UK-wide national umbrella agency for 135 specialist organisations which support people in the UK who have experienced rape, sexual violence or childhood sexual abuse. Their helpline can provide support, information, signposting to local services and advice, to people of any age or background.
The helpline is open 7 days a week, with breaks during the day and evening. If you call during a closed or busy time, you can leave a voicemail and requst a call back.
