Season Well CIC is a Social Enterprise whose purpose is to get more people eating local vegetables, herbs and fruit when they are in season. Their cookery groups help people know how to cook seasonal produce, while their gardening groups have a go at growing their own.
At present, their Feed Yourself Well groups are referral-only for people across Leeds with complex mental health difficulties. There is a weekly cooking group in Seacroft and a monthly food growing and cooking group in Headingley. They are hoping to offer groups to more people, so follow them on social media to keep up-to-date: Facebook, Instagram
For referrals: you can refer someone to the Feed Yourself Well groups using an online form or email them for a form: hello@seasonwell.co.uk
