Employees are arguably the most important asset of any business or organisation.
It’s never been more important for us to create a workforce that is healthy, happy and feels supported. Many organisations are experiencing challenges and uncertainty due to the effects of the pandemic and cost-of-living crisis, which may be impacting on employee’s wellbeing. In this guide we’ve collated resources and information that can help to support staff during this difficult time.
We have worked with Mindful Employer Leeds and a group of local employers to produce this guide as an open resource for all employers, leaders, people managers and HR professionals in Leeds. It brings together information and resources to help you find the right ways of supporting the wellbeing of your staff.
We’ve also created a list of Awareness dates for your calendar, to help you in marking important days throughout the year to promote mental health and wellbeing. From World Mental Health Day to Mental Health Awareness Week, World Suicide Prevention Day to Self-Care Week, there are many dates to keep in mind. If you decide to run a campaign or event, you can find MindWell promotional materials that are free to access or print off.
