Worrying about money can feel overwhelming. It may seem like you have little time to think about anything else. But worry and stress that goes on for a long time can start to negatively impact your mental wellbeing and may get in the way of you taking practical steps to find help. This can lead to a ‘vicious cycle’ of worry and difficulty managing your money.
If you are struggling to break the cycle of worry and negative thoughts or have an existing mental health problem, there is support available. You don’t have to do it alone.
