Their webchat service is open from 10am to 1pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Look out for the webchat icon in bottom, right-hand corner of the screen on the website.

Rethink also provides online mental health awareness training including courses for managers. As well as bite-sized sessions on managing stress in the workplace, supportive conversations and resilience skills.
