Who we are
MindWell is produced by a partnership of Volition (charity number 1092126) and Thrive By Design and funded by NHS Leeds CCG.
Reliance on information and use of the website
Our website is maintained for your personal use and viewing. It is funded by NHS Leeds CCG to promote positive self-help and self-care and provide access to up-to-date information about support available to adults in Leeds.
MindWell is a website and not a clinical service. We don’t publish advice on www.mindwell-leeds.org.uk and the website is not designed to diagnose emotional or mental health conditions. You should get professional or specialist advice before doing anything on the basis of the content. We are unable to give advice or support to individuals via social media or email. If you’re looking for emotional or crisis support in Leeds please go to www.mindwell-leeds.org.uk/help. The website is an information providing service. We do not manage, endorse or recommend any of the mental health, wellbeing or practical support services featured on the website. We also reserve the right not to include or promote any organisations or activities at our discretion.
Our website is provided on an ‘as is’ basis and all information, commentary and other materials posted on our website are intended for general information purposes only. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising as a result of any bugs or viruses or any reliance placed on such information, commentary or other materials contained on our website by any visitor to our website, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its content.
Accessing our website
Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our website. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our website through your internet connection are aware of these Terms of use, and that they comply with them.
